Dear Church Family, Teaching is an interesting activity. It sometimes takes a decade or two to see the fruit of one’s efforts. In others instances fruit is born quickly. Everyone is a teacher to some degree in one way or another. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Matthew 16:5-12. The title of the message is “The Master’s Teaching Methods.” Other verses that will prepare you for time in God’s word are Nehemiah 13:23-27, Luke 12:1,  and Galatians 5:7-9. “Bad Candidates for Salvation” – January 18th, 2023

Dear Church Family, When someone is applying for a job and has little or no chance to secure the position, we would say that he is a bad candidate for the opening. When there is someone running for office and he has some major flaws, he is known as a bad political candidate. There is little hope for success in both situations. The same can be said of some people when it comes to knowing Jesus. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Matthew 16:1-4. The sermon title is “Bad Candidates for Salvation.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s word are Exodus 16:16-20,  John 8:42-43, and Acts 8:9-21.
