“Responding to the Christmas Story” – December 21st, 2016

ear Church Family, The Christmas season is fully upon us. This is true in our family lives and in the life of the Canton Grace Church. We will be celebrating the birth of our Savoir on Saturday December 24th at 6:00 pm. The worship team will lead us in worship, our children will be singing a few Christmas songs, we will enjoy the beauty of the candles lighting the sanctuary, and I will share a devotional from the gospel of Luke titled, “ How to Enjoy Christmas.” It should be a special evening. On Sunday morning December 25th we will enjoy singing Christmas carols to the piano, the organ, and a special surprise instrument. Pastor Jared will deliver a message from Matthew’s gospel titled, “ Responding to the Christmas Story.” We are looking forward to hearing from Him as we worship our Savior. We trust that one of these worship experiences will fit your schedule and move your heart to express love and awe to the Lord. Until this weekend may you enjoy the season that is meant to fill us with His hope and love. Because of Jesus, Pastor...

The message title is “How We Know That God Is At Work.” Other verses that will prepare you for this message are 2 Corinthians 1:20, Judges 14:6, and Numbers 6:24-26. These verses may not seem to apply to our theme, but they really do. This Sunday evening we will enjoy a 7:00 pm Cantata with the Ellet church as we continue to celebrate the birth of or Lord and Savior. It should be a great day! Until Sunday, stay warm and close to Jesus! Because of Him, Pastor...
