Dear Church Family, God’s goodness is an attribute that we can take for granted. We go through life and we often don’t see that “every good gift and every perfect gift comes from above.” A grateful heart leads to many virtues and an ungrateful heart leads to many vices. Cultivating a thankful heart, therefore, is of extreme importance. On Sunday we will take a week out of the book of 2 Corinthians. Our text is Colossians 1:12-14. The message title is “ Praising the Goodness of God.” Other passages that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Psalm 103:1-5, I Thessalonians 5:16-18, and Psalm 89:15-18. Dear Church Family, One of my favorite attributes of God is His grace. The longer that I walk with Him, the more that I appreciate His grace to me and want to reflect His grace to others. I know that when I do reflect His grace that it pleases Him. This Sunday morning we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 9:6-9. The title of the message is “ Grace Giving.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Proverbs 3:9-10, Haggai 1:6-10, and Genesis 13:7-9. Grace is a beautiful virtue that is like a fragrance that fills a room. It should influence every area of our life, including our giving.
