“The Marks of a Disciple: Part 4” – April 20th, 2022
Dear Church Family,
Love is a splendid dynamic in life. Here are some quotes about love. “All you need is love.” “ You call it madness, but I call it love.” “ A life lived in love is never dull.” Love is wonderful, but love can also get us into trouble. We can love the wrong person. We can love the wrong thing. We can love the right thing too much, that is, we can love anyone or anything more than God.
On Sunday we will be looking at the classic passage, Matthew 10:34-39. The title of the message is “ The Marks of a Disciple: Part 4.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s word are Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 13:44, and Philippians 3:7-9. May the Lord use this penetrating passage to melt our hearts for Him.
