“The Perils of Ministry: Part I” – February 23rd, 2022
Dear Church Family, I googled “activities that people consider dangerous.” The following are some of the activities that made that list: Shark diving, biking across the desert, Kayaking over a waterfall, bull running, walking on the wings of a plane, cliff diving, and bungee jumping. No one mentioned representing Jesus, except Jesus. On Sunday morning we will be looking at Matthew 10:16-18. The title of the message is “The Perils of Ministry: Part I.” Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s word are Ezekiel 2:1-8, Acts 20:28-31, and Philippians 1:29. May the Lord bless our worship services, especially the time in His word. May each of us have the courage to represent Jesus in an increasingly hostile world. God bless you and have a wonderful day!
