“Prayer and the Peace of God” – January 29th, 2020
Dear Church Family,
Somethings just come naturally to all of us. Enjoying some time off, delighting in a delicious meal, and loving those who love us are some positive things that we don’t have to work on. They just come naturally. Unfortunately, some negative things come pretty naturally too. At the top of many peoples’ list is worry.
On Sunday morning we will be looking at Philippians 4:6-7. The message title is” Prayer and the Peace of God.” God’s peace is the great conqueror of worry. Other verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are John 14:27, John 16:33, and Romans 1:7. I am looking forward to sharing with you insights on how to pray so that God’s peace overcomes worry.
May the God of peace reign in your hearts today. God bless you and keep your eyes on Jesus!
In His Matchless Grace,
