“New Life In Christ” – September 26th, 2018
Dear Church Family,
There are many people in our church family whose lives make no sense. Given our backgrounds we should not have married as well as we did, we should not have the wonderful jobs that we have, but most important we should not be as gentle, wise, and loving as we are. The only way to explain our lives is that Jesus came into our lives and has been changing us to make us who He wants us to be.
On Sunday we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 5:16-19. The message title is “ New Life In Christ.” Other verses that will prepare you for our uplifting time in God’s Word are Galatians 1:21-24, I Corinthians 6:9-11, and Colossians 1:21-22. “Where would I be without the Lord Jesus” is a fair question for any follower of the Lord to ask.
On Saturday evening at 6:00 we will enjoy a kickball game, other outdoor activities, and a cookout. Everyone is welcome to this wonderful gathering. Until then, God bless you and have a great day!
