Dear Church Family, It’s a tremendous blessing to have a wonderful father. The benefits are countless and will last a lifetime. Believers have the blessed benefit of also having a perfect heavenly Father. We can  learn a lot from God as He cares for us as the perfect Father. This Sunday morning we will celebrate Father’s Day. Our text is Matthew 6:9-13. The sermon title is “The Perfect Father.” Other verses that will help prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Psalm 121:1-4, Exodus 34:6-7, and Proverbs 16:9. “The Nonnegotiable Virtue: Forgiveness” – June 6th, 2018

Dear Church Family, In his excellent book, “The Art of Forgiveness,” Lewis Smede writes, “We Forgive when we feel God’s Spirit nudging us with an impulse to pull ourselves out of the sludge of our disabling resentment.” Forgiveness is crucial for individuals and for a local body of Christ. The spiritual, emotional, and perhaps physical aspects of our lives are dependent upon heart felt  forgiveness. On Sunday we will be looking at 2 Corinthians 2:5-11. The message title is “ The Nonnegotiable Virtue: Forgiveness.” Other helpful verses that will prepare you for our time in God’s Word are Matthew 18:15-18, John 20:22-23, and Genesis 50:15-21.
